This place is located centrally but you could almost walk by it unless you were looking for something to drink like we were. It is a quaint yet funky little place. The place was limited seating about 6-8 high chairs facing the window/outside world. I was greeted at the till/order taking by someone who had a kickass smile and she instantly won me over with her demeanor. Suggested a few options. And we choose chai latte and an iced pistachio. I reiterated to the cashier that I wanted a tall at which point she has the task to educate on their lingo. No, it is not Starbucks but a tall is a tall not a small, which, they all should know is their equivalent to a big. Don’t assume all will read your sign boards and be aware of your unique lingo. And to fault your customer is so childish. Thank you to the manager for correcting my...
