LITERALLY THE BEST flowers, delivery, and experience you could possibly have! I've had several REALLY bad experiences with other florists in Boston. Either the delivery got messed up, I couldn't get it contact with them, or the flowers were poor quality and looked horrible. Well I FINALLY found a place that restored all my faith in ordering flowers and having them delivered. I needed to buy some "I'm sorry" flowers for my GF who works in Boston. So I read the reviews on Rouvalis and decided to give the flower delivery thing one more try. So I ordered ones I liked on their site, which was super easy, got an immediate receipt via email, and felt pretty good about it. I then, just based on my bad past experiences, replied to the email just to further confirm and ask about a possible ETA on delivery. I really didn't think I was going to get anything back, but within 15 minutes I received an email from a very nice woman named Emily telling me that they were putting it together as we spoke and my GF would have her flowers BEFORE NOON! Keep in mind, I ordered these at 9:30am. At around 11:10, my gf called me and told me she was blown away by the arrangement she just got and couldn't be happier. She sent me a pic and I have to admit, even as a guy, I can appreciate how gorgeous the arrangement was. So as stated earlier, this experience with Rouvalis has completely revived my faith in ordering flowers. I've been a patron of Winston Flowers for over a decade now -- business gifts, special occasions, etc. I decided to try Rouvalis for a change, and this was my first and last time. Purchased two dozen roses for my anniversary; delivery was fine and the flowers looked fresher than Winston's.

Put it on our dresser and a few days later found a pool of water under the vase, with enough water to have seeped under the dresser top, causing the wood of the furniture to curl up. Put it on a towel and within the next two days the towel was soaked. Emailed Rouvalis -- first reply to me asked for more information and they'd consider a redelivery; after I replied to them, they responded with 25% off my next order.

In short, this is what we'll both remember from this anniversary -- defective vase, ruined furniture, and a laughable 25% off coupon for a business that we will never...

I had high expectations when I ordered my mother a bouquet for her birthday, and Rouvalis Flowers went above and beyond. It started with the helpful customer service the minute I called the shop. I was thrilled to be speaking with the designer who was going to hand create the arrangement for me. I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted, but I knew I liked their work from their website. When I finally saw the arrangement after it had been delivered, (same day, I might add!) I was blown away with the unique design and quality of flowers that were used.
