I had the absolute pleasure of taking my jewelry in to be evaluated and to possibly sell today. I interacted with the owner and an employee and they were both incredibly patient, warm, and knowledgeable.

They took the time to test all of my items to see if they were sterling silver, and I was shocked that some were and I had no idea! Ultimately, I just didn't have enough sterling that I was willing to part with to be able to do a cash sale. The owner was extremely understanding and respectful of my decision.

I will absolutely be retuning in the future if I can find more silver or gold items around to be able to do a cash sale. Plus, I'll be singing the praises of Market Square Jewelers to friends and family.

I've bought two pieces of jewelry here and both of them broke within the first week of owning. The clasp of a necklace I had to repair myself and an opal ring that had the opal fall out the first time I wore it. They were both gifts, and even though I had a RECEIPT the lady wouldn't take it back. She wouldn't even let me get store credit. So now I'm stuck with an expensive ring I can't wear. She offered to send it away for repairs since apparently "they aren't a jeweler" okay??? Isn't this place called market square JEWELERS? The quality of their jewelry is very poor and the lady is absolutely overbearing trying to get you to buy something. But I guess if she's already got your money she doesn't care if you're satisfied! I doubt they have the balls to respond to...

I ordered earrings online. They are gorgeous! I had seen them in the store window while passing though NH, and I couldn’t stop thinking about them. They arrived within a week and they are as I remembered them. The packaging however was disappointing. These earrings were expensive. The were packaged in a thin brown box and a cheap white smaller box. That’s it. No note, no ribbon, nothing else. The same day, I received a $30.00 bracelet from Amazon. It was beautiful packaged and wrapped, and even included a note. The box was bright red and tied with a ribbon.. The bracelet was also enclosed in a cute little red bag.
