Need Salon Services for myself as well as several Staff members.

I chose Marc Harris Salon

The servicers provided were outstanding!!

Cindy Jensen, applied makeup and lashes for the CEO’s wife and myself. We both needed to be ready for a special screening event at the same time.

Cindy’s makeup application was Outstanding!!! Cindy, was gracious (which helped calm my nerves) Cindy, painstakingly applied my lashes. They not only looked natural, they felt natural as well. While applying my makeup Cindy, noticed that my eyebrow hairs were a tad unruly, she was kind enough to trim and shape them. Cindy, completed both makeup applications, with enough time to touch up our lipstick.

Gheny Tran, was our hair stylist. Once again Outstanding!!!

Gheny, also had to have both of us ready in time. Gheny’s blow-dry technique was so relaxing (keeping the my nerves in check as well) I requested the “beach” wave hairstyle that everyone in Hollywood is wearing. Gheny’s styling of my hair was perfect! Not only did my hair hold up all evening, it still looked good the next day!

Brandon Latham, also provided haircut and blow dry for two other Staff members. Outstanding as well!! Both appointments were under the same time constraints. Brandon, handled both, giving each appointment the same meticulous attention!

A huge thank you! to Kim Stevens and her amazing management skills. Kim had the task of dealing with my changes of appointment times and services. Kim was beyond accommodating.

My wife has been going to Marc Harris for many years and, unfortunately with our recent experience, we will not be going back. She asked for natural blonde highlights which is her typical style. She was left with obvious brush strokes in her hair as highlights that aren’t even touching near the root never mind it doesn’t look the least bit natural. The top of the head has stripes with no blending. This was a disappointing highlight to say the least. We called to resolve the problem directly with the hair stylist but they couldn’t connect after one week of trying so my wife called the salon back and was sent to the manager. My wife explained that to come in to “fix it for free” is challenging because we live an hour away, have to get a babysitter, pay for parking in Boston, etc. so it ends up not really being “Free.” The manager said it’s not his problem so we asked for a refund to then get it fixed locally. We were told that if we get the refund, she is not ever able to return to the salon. This is a terrible way to treat a long term customer so we got our refund and will not...

Orlando, I will follow you to the end of the earth. That is why I am a client at Marc Harris. This man is truly gifted, humble, funny, a great listener and clearly takes pride in his work. I have been sorely disappointed by many stylist over the years, but I have NEVER been disappointed by Orlando. If I could hop in a jet and go to Orlando whenever I wanted, I would. I've only seen other stylists, because I do not have a jet and it's costly to fly from wherever we're living. He knows my hair and I do not have to explain what I want, since he knows my personality and knows exactly what I want. I don't always feel attractive, however, when I leave his chair, I feel confident. I will use my miles to fly to you soon! Thank you to the BEST stylist...
