The location is a plus. The service from young woman who rung up my order wasn't a great experience she charged me extra and I had already calculated the items in my head upon stepping outside the store I said to my sister in law the young lady charged me extra. The young lady didn't me a formal apology and my sister in law told her it's only correct, she practically had to verbally say aren't you going to apologize, but the young lady apologize in a snide demeanor which isn't great for the business. On the way out a 2nd time we told the manager Zakia and she apologize on behest the rude young lady and the store. I only give the store a three because I wanted to get something off line and was told they don't place orders that are online in the store because it was to gorgeous bodycon dresses with cutouts on each side in a olive and khaki look maxi length and on a 75% discount I was distraught. Because Nordstrom should have accommodated me in my time of need. I did walk away with very nice fashionable rhinestones sneakers which I have wanted to purchase and a nice black maxi dress 👗. So it was not a total loss there was a nice pair of shoes I wanted as well couldn't afford them. But definitely would go again because the 1st 3 people I spoke with on the 1st floor was rather attentive and pleasurable and you need nice women like that in the Copley location of Boston. It was some gorgeous 😍 octagon glasses I wanted but I had went to Copley place that day to eat and shop. My belief is to pay cash 💲 💵 and I had spent my budget for the day. Definitely going again, perhaps you can help customer place orders online in the store that would be...
Read moreThis review is for this store and I have always had a great experience with Nordstrom Rack and HauteLook. The customer service was very bad. The clerk was rude and patronizing. When I told her I was returning shoes warn twice due to them dying my skin black with ink she said that they can’t do anything. After I said I talked to someone from online and they told me I could, she interrupted me in an interrogation-like manner: “Who did you talk to? What’s his name?”. I felt like she was patronizing me and trying to confuse me by interrupting me every second. I told her I wouldn’t be returning the product unless I felt that it was defective. In fact, I have never previously returned a worn product. “I guess that’s how you feel” - she said dismissively. She kept repeating loudly “we don’t take returns of items that are worn” with an intention to embarrass me in front of other customers. But the issue was that item was defective and I wouldn’t wear the shoes in the house for 6 hours to find out if they dye my feet. The whole interaction could have gone differently if she just wasn’t so aggressive and rude and simply advised me that since the store can’t do anything I should contact the online service and speak to them again; which...
Read moreI just want to say to anyone trying to return anything to this store past the 45 days-- don't bother. I called in ahead of time just in case they wouldn't take my return and because I didn't want to walk in the cold for 45 minutes for nothing and I talked to Sean, who told me that I would be able to make the return even past the 45 days if I had proof of purchase via a receipt, card, or email. So I went to the store. When I got there, I presented proof of purchase, and the two dresses I'd bought that were unworn, still with the tags on and everything. Unfortunately, they told me I still could not return them, but gave no reasoning other than it being past the 45 days. I understand Nordstrom has this policy in place and for case-by-case basis, but I was nothing but polite with them and the clothes I was returning were unworn with the tags still in place. I used to work in retail and I can understand things can get busy in the store and bad customers can really ruin your day, but I don't believe that is an excuse to tell me wrong information, especially when I took the time to call ahead and make the trek in the cold all the way to the store just to be told no. I like Nordstrom Rack, but I don't think I'll be coming back...
