We were visiting Boston and I decided to stop in for a permanent bracelet Friday afternoon (literally 48 hours ago). After spending nearly $200 I was obsessed with my bracelet, only to wake up today to the bracelet on the floor. It wasn’t broken where any charms were zapped on, so according to their policy they are not liable and would charge a $10-20 fee to fix it anyway. We are back home now, so there’s no way for me to get it fixed by this shop and will have to pay more money to another shop near me to get it fixed.
