Security very rude and nonproffesional I was by myself with my 23 pound 7 month old, and was asked to pick him up out of the stroller, remove the contents from the stroller, then fold it up and place it on the scanning station, all while holding my child and when I asked for assistance he said if I can't do it that I was not allowed to proceed, luckily a superior officer who happens to be a Nubian such as myself was able to intervine and allow me through with a simple search of the stroller and it's contents which because I have frequented this building in the past I have seen done when women enter...

The rudest security staff! Total power tripping for absolutely no reason yelling at families with small children

family of three in front of me, father with two children that did not speak English and because the kids did not understand the guard decides to raise the volume 80 decibels screaming at them.

note! if someone doesn't speak the language, screaming at them doesn't help them understand anymore

they should be prison security guards, not security for a federal building. absolutely ridiculous... Boston is the rudest place in the country but come on that even went beyond and...

I think security is very nice. Always was even in the 90" s. I get nervous in their cause their powerful in their which is great. But I talk to some federal employees smoking outside and they were normal. Not intimidating. Or snobby. But I wish they would paint it a brighter color...
