This place is amazing. We got a flat tire while on I-11 south and had to pull off into a parking lot about half a mile down the road. We couldn’t get the lug nuts off to put the spare on and called our roadside assistance. We were ghosted by three different services and finally just started calling mechanics and auto parts shops in the area to see if anyone could possibly help us out. We had our dog with us and it was getting very hot, so we were beginning to panic. This O’Reilly was amazing, the manager I spoke to immediately asked if we had water after hearing we’d been stranded for over 4 hours in the heat, and sent someone out to help us within fifteen minutes. Thomas brought us water and managed to get the spare on and we were quickly on our way back home. They didn’t charge us anything (though I did send Thomas a tip for his help). Omg I want to cry I came to have my battery tested and this amazing lady she has blonde hair I can't remember was so freaking nice to me! I was getting ready to leave and mason said hey we found your information for a warranty your husbands name was spelt wrong I have 2 buy new tires to take my son to the opening of the bears football tournament in mesquite and their was no way I could get tires and a battery!! I want to say thank you so much you have no idea how nice you guys were to me and how that made my day 10x better. I sat in the car as they changed my battery with tears because they were willing to do whatever to help me! Thank you!!!!
