I cannot recommend Schapell Jewelers enough. We needed a couple wedding bands and wanted to support a local, small business. I have a very uniquely shaped engagement ring and was worried we would not be able to find a wedding band that would accompany it beautifully. However, my expectations were met and then-some. From the very second we stepped in the door, all of the staff was so nice and accommodating. Everyone made us always feel welcome and like family each time we were in. We had the pleasure of working with Elise directly. Elise went above and beyond to help find the perfect wedding bands for each of us. Her talent of an eye for jewelry is nothing short of professional and amazing. She allowed us to try multiple bands, even ordering some that were not in store for us to be able to see in person. I would have never found what we did without her. After finding the perfect bands, she also made sure my engagement ring would be in great shape by the time the wedding occurred. The employee that handled the repairs on my engagement ring as well as soldering my engagement ring and wedding bands did an incredible job. I honestly wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I went in to have my watch resized because an old friend of mine works there now. James (my friend) was busy when arrived but his boss Christine was quick to help me with my watches. One needed to be resized and the other a new battery and a jewel fixed that had fallen out. They were so friendly that I told my mom about them (I was supposed to meet her in boulder which is what prompted me to stop by despite living in Denver). My mom has two necklaces, one of which I bought for her in Germany about 15 years ago and hold great sentimental value. Other places had told her the pieces weren’t worth enough to work on. The ladies at Schapell listened to my mom explain how she wanted the necklaces fixed and worked with her on what would and wouldn’t work. My mom is so happy that she finally found a place that would take in those sentimental pieces and understand their true value. The prices were also incredibly fair. Despite living in Denver I will be bringing them anything I need fixed, cleaned, or resized. Highly highly recommend!! 15/10

My mom has been coming to Schapell for watch repairs for many years and I’ve joined her in recent years getting gifts for Christmas and other special occasions. Every piece of jewelry is high quality and well made, not to mention absolutely stunning. Of course I wanted get my engagement ring at Schapell. My fiancé had created a design in photoshop that was very intricate and we were worried that it wouldn’t be possible to make in real life. We shouldn’t have worried, Schapell was able to make it custom for us. The custom process experience was fantastic thanks to Kali and Christine. They were very friendly, kind, and patient given that we went through many iterations to make every intricate element of the ring perfect. We were provided a wax model to ensure the design fit and looked right before we went forward with fabrication. We were also able to look and compare several different diamonds for the main center diamond. The ring came out better than we could have ever imagined! It is the most gorgeous, dazzling piece of jewelry I have ever seen and will ever own and so very special because it exactly matches the incredible design that my fiancé dreamed up just for me.
