The Underground Glass Shop — Local services in Boulder

Absolutely the worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. Their employees, and especially their buyer are liars, and trying to manipulate the costumers to waste time. I had talked with the store’s buyer about a specific product that was supposed to come in about 2 weeks ago. Every day, this employee would text me delaying the time the product was coming in, until he decided to lie to me and tell me that he had the product on hand waiting for me and that I could pick it up whenever. I drove from Denver which is about 22 miles a single trip to find out upon arrival that the product was never there in the first place. When I questioned the person that I was texting about it, he simply said “sorry it isn’t my fault the product isn’t there” after 1 hour before hand he had just texted me that he had the product in his hands. When confronted they never answered and didn’t even offer any way to make this right. Please don’t waste your time and money, they don’t even have anything interesting in there and the store looks gross. There is way too many good head shops in boulder to be spending money and time dealing with these...

Came into the shop and was surprised by the size of their collection. There are thousands of options to choose from at this location. The young lady who helped us out was very patient and provided us with many options to choose from, all while not rushing us. The service here was really good. However, frustratingly enough I never got to use my piece because it fell apart while i was washing it with warm water. There was no fall, no drop. I was merely rinsing the piece under some warm water in the sink and it just fell right off. Now I thought I was getting a good deal by paying $35 for a pretty looking bubbler, but the cheap build and quality proved the device to be completely useless. Used to be my favourite shop in boulder. I would look towards the hill before coming here. Product selection is always on point, thr shelves are filled with local boulder artists but the customer service has gone down hill. The current staff are less than informative, tell me 50 dollar rigs are full quartz, and sell defective products at an exhorbent price. This is unfortunate given previous years employees wete highly informative and knowledgable. I would recommend against shopping at this location, mile high pipe and tobacco has always been my go to store, but this location needs...
