Vuori — Local services in Boulder

Received $200 gift cards to this store and went for the first time with my wife. This is barely enough to buy a pair of pants each. My wife bought pants. As we were checking out, the cashier offered the customer next to us 20% off for their first purchase, but not us. We had to awkwardly ask about it, and they said, "I guess we can do that for you, but we'd have to refund everything and start over..." They clearly couldn't be bothered, but eventually we got there.

I decided on two shirts, but the colour I liked wasn't available in my size. Manager said they'd have a new delivery on Monday and might have my size, to call back. Called back 3 days in a row the next week. Every time was the same: They had no idea if they received the size and colour I wanted. They had no way of telling if it was sent and yet to be unboxed or anything useful at all. Basically said, "Dunno, sounds like a you problem."

The store has great products and excited that they finally opened a location in Boulder however this store’s customer service sales rep is serious lacking. I have been in this store 3 times in a month and for the prices you pay you would expect that they would hire people with actual customer service experience. Nate is one of the associates in the store who chose to ignore me twice as I asked for a particular item and size. He moved on to help 2 more people and then his excuse was that it was super busy and couldn’t manage. I am extremely patient but his excuse was not legit as there was a total on only 3 people shopping in the store at the time on a not very busy Tuesday afternoon. He was not the only sales person with lack of customer service knowledge as my other previous experience was not great as well. Vuori is an outstanding clothing brand that I simply adore. The quality of their products is exceptional, and the fabric feels luxuriously soft. What sets them apart is their remarkable customer service. I had an experience where I went into the Vuori store at Park Meadows with a pair of pants I received as a gift, but they were torn. Unfortunately, the staff at that location wasn't willing to replace them. However, the staff at this location went above and beyond. They not only provided me with options to resolve the issue, but also showed genuine care and concern. It's truly refreshing to see a crew member and manager who take the time to train their employees to provide such exceptional service.
