Today was my first day going in. I was so incredibly excited because I work around that area in the square. We love our neighbors. When I went in I didn't know that walking out of there would be the worst decision of my life. Or one of them. I decided to support the business and buy quite a few things because I really want to help my neighbors. I got to the checkout and I only had ten minutes because I was on my break. I did let them know that.
The total came out to a certain price. And I paid, and I walked out, and keep in mind that whenever I make a purchase with my debit card...It goes through on my phone saying that something was bought. Everything was good to go. I ran out because I had to get back to my job. The woman who was an employee there, ran out and said that "it didn't go through " and I was completely confused because my bank literally told me that it was processed out. I went in and she recharged me and somehow it was a different price. ( you guys can even check the cameras. And also I can show the recording, and the last little bit, I had a witness on the phone) Then what the original was. It was over twenty five dollars cheaper.... i let her know that and she still went on with the purchase... i didn't have time to sit there because my boss is pretty picky..And uptight about being late. I did let them know that it was a different price, and that my bank told me that the card went through. So NOW- i'm paying for now two transactions... That concerned me. The one woman came out and said that she would" refund it" but that still doesn't take away that it was two transactions with two different prices. The dishonesty was quite apparent, and it was seeping through their veins. There, I guess, was something going on with the register. ( which is fine and understandable but to be completely dishonest is very disheartening and disgusting) And over four employees decided to come out including, I think the owner( the dude who owns fiber internet, who drives the cybertruck that takes up multiple spots in our square.) He didn't even acknowledge me and he walked away. Leaving the four girls to literally make me fifteen minutes late, and then they charged me one more time for a completely new price of fifty dollars.. the transactions were 46 bucks, 18 bucks and 50 something dollars. .... i just paid for all three of those. I was so disgusted with all of the women, including the man. You guys do not deserve the business of the good people of bountiful. I paid for all of those, and then when I called the bank.. The bank said that there were no refunds that were being processed that day. And that if someone actually did that they would see it, they also stated that this business took three transactions, and they kept telling me that on their end, "it wasn't showing up" but then they kept charging me different prices ... This business is very shady and I am completely baffled that our neighbors that we have been so kind to.And so welcoming to treated us the way that they did ( me) and apparently others have spoken up in the square about this. I didn't deserve that, and I am unsure if I want to talk to the police about all of this These were 3 different transactions of all different prices. And I am so glad that I had someone on the phone with me the last ten minutes. This is absolutely disgusting. All of you, women should be completely ashamed of yourselves. Especially dealing with money of customers that give you business. Shame on you. As a friend who came in and was willing to support your business, this is completely gross, and I deserve an apology and for you to make this right. As a stranger, i was giving you business, and you decided to completely screw over a stranger. As an influencer, i wanted to give the opportunity to have you respond before I made a video. As a mother who has owned a boutique, i am completely and utterly disgusted at the lack of integrity that these women had...

I went to go return something and the lady I talked to said, "oh it's on our receipts!". Okay but you don't get a receipt unless you buy something! This isn't even what I was mostly frustrated at though. The lady I talked to was not nice at all! She was stone cold, all transactional and wasn't kind or polite at all. All she successfully did was make me feel extremely stupid and embarrassed for not knowing something they should've had made clear very early on! Lost my business 100%.
