While I was in the store with my son, there was a misunderstanding involving some shoes we were considering. When I tried to explain the situation, an employee treated me rudely and refused to listen to my explanation. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially because my son was there and witnessed the entire situation. Never been disappointed. Usually the place has a really "cool" manager-- interesting, young and engaging. The employees are happy and "nice". IDK if it is this branch, or if they have a good corporate culture, etc. You go in and are greeted. People do sales in the "old fashion way": Can I help you with anything?
