Honestly SHOCKING experience. So many other outdoor retailers with impressive customer service in the Bozeman area. Go there for your shopping instead.

Purchases 2 waterbottles and after 2 days the lids no longer worked and were refused an exchange.

We understand that there is a policy where a receipt is required to make an exchange however, when we purchased 2 days ago the printer was not working so they didn't give us one.

It was not their fault that the bottles were a faulty product, but is was their fault we did not have a receipt. Even considering that, there was nothing they would do to help us. All we wanted to do was get a new working water bottle, not a refund. The service we received during the interaction was calloused, and abrasive.

I've always been so impressed with the customer service in outdoor retailers in Bozeman so I will absolutely be purchasing from those places...

This has always been a “go to” place for gifts, but not after today. They sold me a shirt with a glaring defect, that I admit I didn’t notice prior to purchasing. The item was marked down and therefore technically not eligible for exchange, but I tried to exchange for the exact same shirt, same size, without the massive defect less than 30 minutes later. “Sorry there’s nothing I can do,” was the response. I suppose it’s just policy, but it’s still rather disappointing considering how much I’ve shopped here in the past. Luckily, there is nothing that this shop offers that can’t be...

Visited this store on a recent trip to Bozeman! They have cute stuff and the nicest employees - all super eager to help you find what you're looking for. Great customer service experience. I will be back the next time...
