We wanted to check out a brewery and picked this since it was about lunchtime and also wanted coffee and food. We were blown away by the marketing, merch designs, logos and environment of this place just stepping inside. It kept getting better starting with our barista making us amazing espresso drinks! We started with a beer flight and made our way through the whole beer menu. The beer was cold, SO pure and clean and had amazing flavors! Each beer was fantastic and had its own personality. We ordered food from the seasonal menu resourced form local and Mt places (we LOVED that!). We knew we’d have great food, but each dish was plated BEAUTIFULLY and tasted like a fine dining experience. We did not expect this place to be the ultimate coffee, brews and dining experience. We were VERY impressed and can’t wait to travel back. The well though out touches were noticed and appreciated. Keep...

I wandered into Shred Monk looking for a beer and was shocked to discover the most creative and delicious food I’ve had in my week in Montana. I went back two more times!

For food I had the Farm Veg, Brined Carrots, and Gnocchi. Wow! Everything was incredibly flavorful. The Farm Veg was incredibly savory for a vegetarian dish. The carrots were refreshing and packed with unexpected flavor. The gnocchi was perfectly crisped on the outside and chewy on the inside.

I also tried several beers. They were all great, but the Grisette was my favorite. Light and refreshing, perfect with the Farm Veg.

So I had to return for coffee, which was also not to be missed! I appreciated their visual menu, which helps make even an espresso drink beginner...

Updating this after their remarkably rude reply: NOT for locals OR tourists... unless you can afford $7++ beers! Sounds like new Bozeman. I'll head over to a REAL and FAIR local brewery and skip this joint every day of the week. Cheers! Don’t come here if hungry! Plates are super pricey and not very filling…i.e. 9 gnocchi per bowl, a handful of chips, etc. The food was good and very different, but definitely overpriced for what it was. Beer was good! But not good enough to justify. Not a large enough area to seat a group of 7. Definitely not a local’s choice. Will probably skip this in the future. Wait staff...

I did not eat anything to make a judgment on their food. The beers were very tasty and on point to the type of ipa or Pilsner that was stated. Claire was a very friendly and attentive bartender and Cooper, the bar manager, was very knowledgeable about the home brewed beers. They both were super social and knowledgeable about the area. The flight allowed me to try the four top beers which acceded expectations and made a very enjoyable atmosphere. The shred of the day was met with the monk zen of quality beers and excellent customer service by Cooper and Claire.
