This business has been open for 10 weeks at the time of my review, and I have to say I’ve blown away by the service this business offered. One of the workers, Kelly, was extraordinarily helpful and brought a tray so we could sample the variety of cheeses they offered. In the end, we purchased the bruschetta, green hatch pepper, and bacon cheddar cheeses. My mom and I came across this cheese company when visiting a couple of local wineries. What an amazing stop!! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful….they had great suggestions! When we walked in the door, a cart with several cheese samples was brought out. Extremely clean and well presented…..the woman gave us a great description of each sample. We bought several packages of cheese because we could taste so many kinds and discover what our favorites were. We only wish they had online shopping so that we could order from home! On a whim my boyfriend and I went to the cheese store today. I don't know if we have had a better whim. First off it smelled amazing when we walked in, and the ladies working were super friendly. They have a good selection of cheese and other things that pair well with cheese. It was hard to make up my mind. We bought butter cheese, garlic cheese,and beer bread mix.
