The one star rating is for the two men that were operating the rookie track for the younger kids on Tuesday 10/17. They were very unprofessional and rude. First of all they did not show children how to operate the go karts or tell them where to park when all done (I mean some of these kids are 4-5 years old so it’s not always obvious to that young of children), they also did not watch the kids at all. These men were having a full on heated conversation and not keeping track of time. I asked if they could stop him after a full on 8 min because he was getting so bored. It was nice to get our moneys worth but I felt like they weren’t paying attention to the kids at all. When I asked how long they run, one of the men snapped back “5 minutes” and proceeded to be rude to me from there on out. He was also rude with an older women who asked how to get to a different area of the track. He just simply pointed and said curtly “right here” with a well duh kind of tone. I was a chaperone on a school trip we took here and one particular staff member was unhinged. All was fine until we went to the bumper cars and the teenage looking boy working there asked for every girl in our groups Snapchat. When confronted about his behavior he pulled the "my daddy owns the place" card. He then announced to our group that he "could bag any woman that come through this line".
