Very poor communication and customer service lacking. Our 12 year old son said riding the helicopter would be the highlight of his Branson trip. We arrived at 1pm, his aunt paid in advance (nearly $400 for two riders for the more expensive 16 minute ride) and we were told to come back at 2pm. We arrived back at 2pm and were told the helicopter needed to refuel so come back at 3pm. We arrived back at 3pm and were told that other groups were ahead of us so come back at 4pm. Throughout the afternoon we saw the helicopter provide rides to others. Since we had already been there and back three times, we asked for a refund. They said it would take 5-7 business days to get a refund. We spent half our day driving back and forth, and have an extremely disappointed son. Buyer beware.
Update - The ownerâs reply isnât accurate. If we were next in line, why would we request a refund, especially since our son was begging to go all day? The staff told us it would be another hour. We paid for the deluxe tour which is the most expensive flight but we didnât receive a deluxe experience. First off we wanted our flight to be recorded which they mention on their website but they didnât have the camera there today and told us we needed to request it ahead of time. But it doesnât say you need to request it a head of time on the website. Then our pilot wasnât super friendly and didnât seem to know his stuff. This was suppose to be a tour not an almost completely silent flight. Thankfully I know the area due to vacationing down here frequently. As I was pointing out most of the hot spots to my husband who has only been to Branson once. And as soon as the flight landed we were rushed out and didnât get to take a picture with the helicopter. If you truly felt discriminated against purely due to the pigment of your skin, that probably should have been the focal point of your review.
