Absolute perfect customer service. Was in town for skiing and saw the shops sign. Stopped in and saw some of thier custom engraved knives. I'm an avid elk hunter and hoped to see some with elk on it. Didn't see one But Steve said if you come back tomorrow I'll have you several to choose from. Next day I got a text from them to come by and look at what they made and bought 3.
