I purchased a display model snowboard helmet from them, I never used it and decided to return it a week later I did not remove it from its box for more then five minutes, and I kept it in the box for the entire week. They refused to accept the return as it had a few marks the same color as the paint of the store on it, I tried to explain I had hardly taken it out of the box and the marks where the same color as the wall where it was displayed. Buyer beware! Bought a Northface rainfly from them and the inside started to peel off. Sent it in to Northface and they said it was a Salesman Sample and it was therefore not covered under their lifetime warranty!!! This is a ‘must visit’ store in Breck. Top of the range ski-wear and accessories with fantastic discounts. We visited a few times while on holiday here from the UK and bought great bargains each time.
