Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Brenham

Well. This was my regular stop and grab a pizza on the way home place but not any more.

Picked up two pizzas. Paid extra for double everything, two toppings. Apparently this (picture) is double beef and black olive and it looks identical to every other pizza I have received from here. Pathetic.

They also didn't even put pepperoni on another pizza, just pineapple. Whoever helped me insisted that the beef black olive was double as "it's two topping" (whatever that means), then tried to tell me that the pepperoni was under the cheese on the second pizza. It wasn't.

Didn't get a picture of second pizza before they took it back, so the two pictures are their idea of pizzas with double toppings. Won't be back. Not worth the $45 for two pizzas. And their "sorry" was extra packets of pepper flakes, which...

I've worked here and we had to work even during the hurricane. General manager wasn't actually the general manager and he smokes week in the back of the store. The store owner doesn't really know or cares what goes on in the store as far as I ever could tell. General manger was obviously lazy so he eventually got fired but for some reason he was allowed to train the new manager? Who my former coworkers have told me basically operates the same way and lets her kid in the back of the store. All my coworkers were good people though, management is just as cold and uncaring as if they were the business themselves. This was all about 2017 to the beginning of 2019. I'm not sure whats going on but I'm not hopeful for anyone who tries...

I eat from here all the time. The dough of the pizza is great! My kids always get BBQ wings and poppers from here and never get sick so idk what that one is talking about. Disgruntled? Anyways... there have been times when someone was rude but not intentionally. They were really really busy and short handed because an employee walked out on them. I will continue to order from them. The store manager and assistant manager are always really nice and respectful. My food is always hot when delivered. Even the delivery guy is really respectful. I always try to tip him for his trouble. Thank you to the employees at Papa John's for the great experiences. I hope they continue for as long as I'm in...
