I went into cotton on today and was immensely dissapointed with the sales associates. I entered the fitting room with my friend and when I exited, two associates were waiting outside the fitting rooms claiming that I had entered with a shirt and left without it insinuating that I had stolen it. The associate was a darker skinned toned woman with dark curly hair. I was in shock when she accused me and she asked if she could look in my bag which is very illegal, but since I was so flustered and wanted to prove that I did not steal, I opened my bag for her. Read morethe quality of clothes here is terrible, especially for the price. i got a few shirts, washed them once before even wearing - they look so old now. the fabric completely changed, after a single reg cycle wash! even the store refused the return because they look “worn” (legit tried to return them the very next day so i didn’t even have them long enough for them to become worn…)

Read moreI’m not sure about other Cotton On locations but we have been coming to the Bridgewater Commons location for years and everytime we are met with rude employees. They are all young people and it seems they are told to be unhelpful and rude as a whole. It’s just odd. Today there was finally a lovely young woman (Amira) behind the counter and she was immediately shutdown by the rude employee. It’s a shame because my daughter loves this store but from now on we’ll spend our money at businesses that actually want us...
