I love it there, but this was one of the worst canvas classes I've ever taken. Will, the instructor, was amazing as always. The lady running the counter was also great. However, the owner double booked the space with a kids birthday party. I'm in no way upset with any kids or parents. They booked a party and those kids deserved to have fun. As a parent myself, in any type of party situation with kids ranging from 2 to 10, you're just trying to survive the havoc. So I'm glad they were enjoying themselves. However, we did not. There is zero way relax and learn when thrust into a situation with 14 people on one side trying to hear an instructor whose having to yell to be heard and 36ish people with at least 15 kids on the other side trying to have a fun party. The area in the middle where the instructor was standing was a war zone of traffic of kids running, playing, screaming, and parents just doing their best to wrangle them. If we had known when we made reservations over a month ago that there would be a kids party, we would've made different arrangements, picked another day. If one of our group hadn't driven 45 mins to be there for that specific painting, we probably would've left in the middle of it. If I didn't absolutely love Will and enjoyed myself for the other 10 classes we've taken, this would be a 1 star and I'd never step back in the door. I was so overwhelmed at one point I thought I was going to have a panic attack. It was absolutely horrible. I would highly recommend double checking the bookings on a paint night. Or it would be great if they could offer an adult only class so everyone is on the same page for...
Read moreI honestly am really disappointed. We did this with a group from work and my manager paid for it all out her pocket. When we first got there the person working was late. She didn’t even look at the books and see what we were scheduled for after telling her multiple times we had booked before hand. She didn’t demonstrate the glass cutting hardly at all. We were told it would take 2 weeks max and we waited 4. When we got them back none of them looked like they had been processed like she had explained and they broke one of my coworkers piece and didn’t offer to replace it. 10/10...
Read moreWe love Kil’n Time in Bristol! Seriously, such a gem of a place and worth all of the hype it receives. They have so many pottery pieces to choose from and the paint colors are endless. We go as a family pretty much once per month and it’s so enjoyable for everyone. There’s also a kiddo play station for the toddlers and small children who may not have the attention span to paint as long as their elders, haha. If you’re searching for a fun...
