Purchased 10 candles online, drove over an hour and a half (3 hours round trip) to pick them up and received 9 candles. Called and worker insisted that 9 was all they had and that I had only been billed for the 9, when my receipt and credit card showed I paid for all 10. She let me know that I could drive all the way back to the store for a refund for the candle. Then someone called to let me know that “the candle must have fallen out of the bag,” which is not likely considering the bags were almost 2 feet tall. She advised that I could drive over an hour and a half to come pick it up. Never apologized, took zero accountability for their error, and then acted like it would be no big deal for me to make another trip back up there to pick up something that should have been right...

Omg! Went in today and had the employees all over us! Following us around. Wouldn't leave us alone! Kept telling us about the great deals they're having..right after handing us a flyer telling us of all the deals! "You doing good"? "Finding everything ok"? It's such a gorgeous day out..a beautiful day to shop for your home" "I saw you pointing and figured I'd come running over to see if I could maybe help you decide on something did you want that table"? What????? UGH!! It was so pushy and annoying we ended up just leaving! Won't be going in...

This is a store for home furniture! I inherited 38.6 million from my grandmother’s trust fund and I will be spending at least 87% of these funds at this specific store. I love the one girl that works there, I think her name is Madidong? Makisun? Maybe Madison? I love her and her hard work she put in all day everyday at this store. I so happy!!!
