i had not the best experience from my first order from here. i bought a pair of jeans(wranglers) in the size i always order (from the wrangler site). paid way too much for the jeans plus shipping (im in canada). nothing on the site states how MASSIVE the size difference in their jeans are. i’m talking about i ordered a 28/32 and they fit my friend who’s a 24/32. emailed them asking for a shipping label (since i already paid duties and shipping to have them come here) and they said nope! they don’t do that. so then i had to pay for it to be shipped back as well. that was $50 down the drain. as my first time shopping from a small business i will not be doing it again. i expected better and for them to be more helpful. i’ll stick to the actual brand sites...

Amazing customer service!! I called the store to verify availability before making the 45min drive (one way). The young lady who assisted was super friendly and extremely helpful! She found the item in question and promptly offered to hold it for me until I could arrive. I made the drive up and was greeted by 3 smiling faces and great attitudes! My new work boots were on the hold shelf and exactly what I hoped they’d be! Made a pain free purchase and a flawless transaction! I’ll make that drive any day to get service like that. Very excited for their new store location opening in downtown Bristol! Great family owned, local business with lots of stylish western and work wear options for women & men. 6/23/23 Update: they are fully open with a clothing floor, hat loft (with custom hats), kids loft and boot department. They have a huge selection of boots for women and men, including work boots. I love their hat bar! Where else can get a custom hat or have a purse or wallet custom branded?!
