The customer service is horrendous. Maybe because I’m from Dallas, I expect a little more since the Dallas area has really great customer service in general. No one greets you when you come in, and no one asks you if you need help. When I finally asked the cashier Jenavie for assistance on where to locate a product she said to look at the Nike section, I told her that I did and didn’t see it, so then she said that they didn’t have any. I showed her that the website said that there were 8 available, she said that the website was then wrong. I told her, well what about the other colors, it says those are in the store too, she said that they didn’t have any. Keep in mind she never searched for it on the computer, she just didn’t want to help me find it. I then asked her if she could direct me to someone that knows the lay out of the store that can help me find it, and she said that there just isn’t any in the store. I didn’t give up and I actually found several of those items in the running section. So she was wrong.
Moral of the story, when you are searching for something and the employees won’t help...

We tried to exchange a pair of sandals bought yesterday on sale and today, one day later, when we get to the store, we are told we have to pay the difference in price because they aren't on sale anymore. It doesn't matter if they are in sale anymore or not, retail rules (I've been in retail management for 15+ years) say that when a customer needs to exchange something bought on sale and no longer is, you price match it. Idk what kind of operation they are trying to run here but I can assure you I will never shop here again. If I could give negative stars, I would. Read moreI went Friday to purchase some football cleats and the girl that helped me was very helpful and let me know I could return them if they didn’t fit my son, just for me to keep my receipt and they weren’t used and if I needed a wide width they could help me order them online and the cashier that helped me was also friendly and informative. Saturday I had to return them, the cashier was friendly and he was ready to help me order the cleats online. I did some more purchases and the girl at the register was very nice and helpful.
