Amazing experience & cute merchandise! My girlfriends and I were in Bryson City celebrating a birthday and we walked by this boutique. It was around 7:08p and they had JUST closed at 7p so we were bummed we couldn’t check it out. Then, the employee who just closed the shop walks back up and invites up to come in! She literally re-opened the store for us to shop! Kaylin was super sweet and really made our day! We left with so many awesome new goodies & smiles on our faces. I’ve been in retail and customer service for 10+ years and service like this is SO hard to find! Really great store with super reasonable prices. The space is actually huge when you walk in, which I wasn’t expecting with tons of room for a great selection of super sweet clothes. It seems like they do markdowns often and are always having a sale. They even sell dried sage, which is such a cool touch.
