My family decided to go to the Panda Express in Buckeye last night. We ordered a family meal through the drive through and then drove home to eat. Upon getting home we realized our order was wrong. I needed to bathe my kids so my husband called and was told that I could just return to the restaurant and give my name and they would re make our order. That was all the instructions we were given. When me and 4 year old arrived at the restaurant an employee there was unsure how to help so she went and got her manager Michael Ruiz. He came over to me and asked if I had the receipt or the food. I explained I didn’t as we were not told to bring either during the phone call. I offered to have my husband send a picture of the receipt and that seemed to annoy him and he abruptly asked me what was wrong with my order and I told him and went to my car to try and get a picture of the receipt. When I returned back inside the restaurant a girl handed me a bag with two entrees in it. I proceeded to call my husband and he asked to speak with the manager. I asked if he would speak with my husband and he replied “you have your food I don’t see the problem” he wouldn’t speak to my husband and was extremely rude. I did not feel like he was trying to help resolve the issue and understand how difficult it was to drive back out to the restaurant which is about 15 mins from my house with a tired and hungry child. I have never written a negative review on google ever before but the experience I had at this restaurant was awful. I felt dismissed and disrespected and I will never return to this location despite it being my daughter’s...
Read moreThis location stinks. They never have what you are looking for and they skimp on the portions. I had to ask an employee to add more another piece of broccoli to my plate just so I could have 3 pieces atleast. She was not happy about that. When my husband asked to sample the new spicy orange chicken they said no, and that if we ordered it and didn't like it, we could return our plate. I am a brown rice person for health reasons. They never have it. When I asked the manager about this, he was bothered that I even mentioned it just barking that it dosent sale enough to make it worth it. When we paid for our food and asked for soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce, they didn't have those either. Smh. Then they have the audacity to send the line employees out asking for us to leave a survey from their receipt after we get that type of service.
I learned my lesson the first time going through the drive through. I had read previous reviews about making sure you have everything before leaving the drive through. I made sure to double check for sauces and utensils, and good thing I did because there wasn't any. The second time we went through the drive through we were missing an entre and a side. My husband ended up going inside and was told he had to wait in-line. For something they forgot in the drive through?! He did it anyways. Need less to say, this location needs work. We will gladly drive the 20 minutes to another city to get the panda express experience we are looking for. And when we do, they do have brown rice and sauces there. I hope this place...
Read moreWhat a miserable excuse for customer service! I placed a large to go order a few weeks back on my way home from the doctors office. I am in a wheelchair and was taken to this Panda Express in a wheelchair transport van. I got the order home and realized I was missing 3 egg rolls, so I called and spoke to the shift manager (cannot remember her name) and she remembered me and knew the egg rolls were not placed in the bag and asked me to come back to get them. I explained that I can only come when I have wheelchair transport for appointments and the driver is nice enough to stop for me, so at that time, I was unable to come back out right away to retrieve the missing egg rolls (which they forgot to put in the bag, but charged me for anyways) so she said she would replace them on my next visit. I called today to speak with her but she was off today. I spoke with the store manager, Nikoin, and explained the issue, to which he REFUSED to replace the egg rolls and could not have cared less that I was disabled and unable to come back that same day. Are you kidding me right now? I spent over $50 that day, and I go to this Panda Express at least once a week. I cannot believe they would treat me this way. I was sending someone to place an order to feed 14 people today and just wanted what I paid for last time and did not receive but after this, I will NEVER go back to this location again! I will take my business elsewhere, where I am treated with dignity...
