Subway — Restaurant in Bullhead City

Despite the manager, the two employees who worked there are awesome. Great customer service, made the sandwich quickly with the best ingredients, stopped making peanut butter cookies though and the cheesecake cookies and I believe something else, I kinda don't want to give two stars but the customer service by the two sandwich artists at the front of the line is why I'm giving them the 2 star, if there manager wasn't working as the manager there then I'd give them 5 Stars for sure. That manager needs to take a class on customer service and they need to post proper signs or have the workers mention different prices for different stuff. I won't be back to Subway because of this ever again and my family and friends will definitely hear about this locations...

All the girls including the manager here are completely rude on the graveyard shift. The manager stared me down from the register the whole time I was ordering my sandwich while the girl making the sandwich was very much letting me know she annoyed we were coming in to order. When I reached the register the manager was hurrying me along but When I swiped my card the machine was not ready I swiped my card both ways and the girl who made the sandwich proceeded to tell me “it’s the other way”so I told her I don’t think it was ready for me yet trying to make the situation more lite i waited for the machine to then tell me it was ready swiped my card and the manager then told me “okay bye.” And we left. My fiance and I came in at 3:07 today. The assistant manager was amazing she made our sandwiches with such precision and she had the best customer service I've ever experienced at this location there's no judgement based on my sandwich in which I have to have my chicken breast cook twice she made my sandwich clean and neat and filled perfectly she is such an amazing assistant manager and I hope to see her promoted very soon!!! We love our sandwiches and we definitely will make sure to go back when she is there she has great professionalism and I left with a huge smile on my face and I'm eating my sandwich with joy and staying...
