Misha is outstanding! I came in with a return, bought the wrong sized shirt at Christmas and it’s taken me this long to make a trip back in. Of course I didn’t have my receipt however Misha made sure I was a satisfied customer! I told her she has restored my faith in customer service personnel and I was not kidding! She went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as painless as possible. I realize this is a simple exchange so what’s the big deal? Read moreif i could give 0 stars i would. i was told they have 24 hr hold and my shirts would be put back out the next morning, i showed up the next morning for my shirts to be told by the same employee that she had put them back out the night before. i only had to put them on hold because they aren't taking cash at the moment due to not being able to open the safe for cash and i don't usually use a card, i was only made aware of the issue when i was already ready to check out because they had a small piece of paper saying "card only" in front of the register which was difficult to notice. the employee was also quite rude when telling me that the shirts had been put...
