NEW REVIEW 3 stars: there was one time I came in two minutes past their buy time and they told me they couldn’t look at anything which was frustrating but understandable. Today is when it pissed me off. I called ahead to let them know I would be coming to pick up my items and they still called me a few hours later telling me that if I did not get my items today, (I interrupt and tell them I’m on my way) she still proceeded to tell me that if I did not make it by 8 PM then it would all be donated lol even after I told them I was on my way, which is extremely irritating and frustrating, especially when they’ve been told twice now that I was on my way. Yesterday and the day before I was at their dollar sale and there was one lady that legit would not stop hovering over people telling them how many minutes it was until closing… asking if she could start checking us out (at that point, we still had 15 minutes until closing.) She let every single person know that walked in the door that they were closing in five minutes rather than the honest 15 lol… I was ready to check out five minutes till closing and informed the woman that was hovering over everybody that I was ready to check out if she wanted to start ringing me up and she told me I could get in line 🤣 there was only one person checking out…The new generation and their work ethic is much different than it used to be. I like shopping there but will no longer be selling there. I saw Target brand stuff they were selling yet they wouldn’t take a pair of practically brand new newer style cute New Balance tennis shoes and non Judy Blue, apparently they don’t realize how popular Judy Blue jeans are. I guess they are trying to appeal more to a younger crowd but plenty of older women shop there and would snatch those up in a heartbeat. Also sold a pair of brand new with the box Vintage Havana shoes and a box of clothes and they literally only gave me $5 total store credit for everything which is ridiculous. I’ve been in this store many times, and it is very well organized and nice, but there employees have always been real short with me, they stare at me, one of them in particular turned around and kept looking at me multiple times while i was shopping around waiting on them to get done sorting through my clothes today, in my opinion i shouldn’t be being judged or stared at by employees of a store i’m shopping at, i understand the judgement will be everywhere you go, but as an employee you should know how to control yourself and atleast not judge a customer right in from of their faces. i’m not one to complain or even make bad reviews, but it’s unfortunate to go into a store i really like and not wanting to return because...
