Geek Squad is not there to help people, its simply there to collect money from people who think that because it's Best Buy, they won't get ripped off and taken advantage of. My neighbor who is a senior citizen went to best buy because a screw came out of her laptop. Geek squad was going to charge her $85 to take it in and just "send it off for 15 days" then charge her up to $300 to "fix" it. All it needed was a screw!!!
