Well the only thing I can say positive with my experience was I was giving my full refund by the manager. I went through the drive this morning on 12/14/16 which was painfully slow. I got there expecting to have a positive and quick experience but was sadly disappointed. I ordered the new grilled egg white sandwich with a coffee. I was asked If I would like cream and sugar, I said yes please. The cashier then would I like them in my coffee or in the bag. I asked that she please put both in my coffee. I then came to the window where our interaction was very quick I hand her my card and she handed my coffee and bag. I then ask for ketchup please and drove off after receiving it. I got down the road eating my sandwich and the chicken was charcoal burned but I was hungry, then getting to work I took a sip of coffee and almost barfed. I open the lid to find milk curds in my coffee, I then drove right back with my receipt and asked for the manager. The manager came and asked what the problem was and I then showed him the coffee and said have they checked their expiration dates on their milk and creamer. He informed me this was normal due to them putting hazelnut in my coffee. I never told the cashier to put hazelnut but just creamer in my coffee. During my entire lifetime I have never had hot coffee creamer not dissolve nor taste like rotten milk. He refunded my money and quickly discarded the coffee. I will never ever return to this Chick-fil-a. He did refund my coffee money, but what about a apologize??? A simple I'm sorry would...
Read moreI've had a couple of issues with this particular location recently. The food has been good but I haven't appreciated getting a suspicious charge for $43 on my credit card or their not putting everything I paid for in the bag. Last week it was the $43 mystery charge. I went through the drive-thru and bought my daughter a kid's meal and a sandwich that totaled $11. The next day I looked at my Citi Card transactions online and noticed there were two charges for the day earlier at Chick-fil-a, one for $11 and another for $43, which I immediately disputed. Citi credited my account for the $43 on the spot, no questions asked, which I thought was interesting. Usually, the card providers request details and sometimes even want to talk to you on the phone. This made me wonder if I wasn't the only one having an issue like this. Interestingly, the $43 charge showed as "in restaurant" even though I only went through the drive thru that night. Tonight, I returned to this restaurant and ordered the tortilla soup, a sandwich and chicken strips. Neither the requested condiments nor the tortilla chips, which go with the soup, were in the bag. I had to go into the restaurant and stand at the counter for about 2 minutes before the manager finally saw me waving at him. He came over and got me the missing items. No apology or regret, however, for my inconvenience. I guess it's just acceptable for customers to not get everything they paid for put into the bag. I would encourage everyone to look at their credit card...
Read moreI ordered $50 worth of food as i do anytime i go bc i have a large family. And i already had to drive over 30 mins to the nearest one. I wish we had one in Eden or Reidsville. Anyway i get home. I normally check my food but i had to pull around and wait then go in to get it and i even asked if that was everything when they gave it to me. They messed my order up and didnt give me all of the food either. I called after i realized it when i got home to feed my family and so they said i can come back of they will write my name down and give me a small tender but it expires in 30 days. So what your telling me is o come that far to eat from your restaurant and you messed my order up and then didn't even give me all of that food and you're only going to write my name down not even for all of it I was missing and had paid for but then it expires in 30 days. I even explained that I don't live anywhere near there and still no one would do anything every time I go to Chick-fil-A now they mess the food up or overcharge 4 things I didn't even order or receive. I myself used to work at Chick-fil-A and we went above and beyond to make sure we corrected our wrongs and replaced what was needed to be replaced especially if they called immediately after it happened. The last five times I went there I order the same thing every time and over half the chicken tenders I got we're just a little bigger than the chicken nuggets in all of my chicken...
