It was a hassle from the beginning. I was told when I should expect my delivery, then the employees made careless mistakes resulting in having to reschedule the delivery. This whole time they butter me up by saying they'll throw something free in for my troubles. The day of the delivery, the delivery team was sent out before my leasing office opens, and I was told over the phone I had 15 minutes or they were leaving and not coming back. I did my best to get maintenance to let them in, but was unsuccessful, that is all I could do, and all day at work I had to take call after call after call, adding to my already stressful day. They ended up coming back and making the delivery, which was all perfect and I was happy, until I walked back into my hallway and found a trim piece from my wall that had been knocked off, and nobody let me know. I fixed that myself. Your claim of getting me something for my troubles was a total lie, and the fact that after all of what went on you had the audacity to call me asking for a positive review. I'm happy I have a well set up bed, and I'm incredibly disappointed in your team and the way this has been handled. Read moreEverything went smoothly, until I had to cancel part of my order due to a sizing issue. I talked to customer service on Monday February 12th to start cancellation. I was told by a worker at Mattress Warehouse that it was cancelled and in 3-5 days, I should see my refund in the bank. Customer service told me the same thing about refund that day, along with saying they'll let the location I bought from know. Here it is, Monday February the 19th. No refund has been issued. I contacted customer service again to be told it had already been put in for the refund and to give it another 3-5 days. So, I also contacted the store again on Monday February 19th. Explained to him what I've been told thus far and wanted to know when I'd see my refund. He tells me it'll be 7-10 days for my refund, took my number, said he'd contact corporate and give me a call back. Have not heard back from him. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the guy was super helpful and nice when I first came in and we enjoy our mattress we did end up getting. Read moreI was told only a soft credit report would be pulled for financing. That was not the case a hard credit report was pulled. I have excellent credit so I was approved for financing. I picked out the mattresses I wanted. When I received the paperwork in the mail on what was to be my financing it turned out I was really signed up for a credit card which is why I had the hard inquiry added to my credit report. I was told there was no origination fees or any kind of fee associated with the financing but on the credit card bill I received I was charged a $90 promotional fee….. I feel I was intentionally misled or else the salesman was not informed enough to properly explain what they call a no interest loan. In addition, I feel the mattress is much harder than the display model in the store, even after sleeping on it for nearly a month.
