Bad, bad experience. Very shady practices when it comes to the Lane Bryant credit card. I'll explain so you don't get ripped off! I made a purchase on my new L.B. Credit card, I immediately paid it off in cash that same day, so that I didn't have to pay their OUTRAGEOUS 28.6% interest on the bill in a month.
So, it was paid off in cash that same day, ok? I take the item home find out it's uglier than I thought & brought it back for a return of my money that I paid out of my poket. They pull a fast one on me with a deceptive tactic of putting the return money (that I paid in cash, mind you) on my Lane Bryant Credit card!!! That means I'm forced to use my hard earned cash in their store. I said woah, I paid in cash, I want my money back in cash or at least my Personal debit card.
The rude lady their said, no, we don't do that here! I called the 1800 # to resolve the issue AFTER speaking to several, several representatives they finally CREDITED my personal checking account. It was like pulling teeth to get these thieves to give me back MY own money! They argued with me, got loud with me and everything, they proved over & over that they are dirty dealers, as if the 28.6% interest charges on their credit card isn't proof enough!! Never AGAIN...

As I walked towards the register all I could here was barking. There was another customer in the store with an associate (there were 3 that I saw on this Sunday) and she had this loud yapping dog! Annoying but still fine. As Iām working with the associate to complete my transaction and leave this dog just kept barking. Again annoying but still fine! This lady had no control over her dog and the dog jumped on me and she didnāt even react until I said āGet your dog!ā There were 3 employees who were there, 2 behind the register and the one working with the other customer and no one said a thing! I think if dogs other than service dogs are going to be allowed in the store the store and owner of dog should make sure the dog is under control while...
