I had the most mind-blowing experience with a pick-up order today. Unfortunately, this was in an incredibly disappointing way. I've always thought of Chick-fil-A as a place where I can expect great customer service and tasty freshly made food. I placed an order using their app and when I parked, I input my parking spot just as the app instructed. Then I waited...5 minutes...10 minutes...after 15 minutes, I decided to go into the store to inquire about the delay. I gave my name and they were promptly able to find my order sitting just behind the counter. The store manager (or someone who acted like she was carrying that authority) said that they had tried to run the order out 3 times and had not been able to find me after running all over their parking lot. I was shocked since I had been sitting in the spot I had entered into the app with my window rolled down, waiting for the past 15 minutes. I let her know that no one had stopped by trying to deliver my order and that I had placed the order only 10 minutes prior to parking. She had no record of the parking spot I entered when I arrived. I looked at the order and commented that I was certain the food was now cold. I asked if she could get me a fresh order due to the inconvenience and the wait. To this, she replied that she was unable to guarantee freshness jaw dropped. How convenient when I had already paid via the app... It was like I was seeing Chick-fil-A for the first time and I did not like what I was seeing. If this person was a manager, or an employee, it doesn't really matter, they were completely out of touch with the value Chick-fil-A delivers to its customers. Today, Chick-fil-A failed to deliver. I will strongly think about my other options before visiting again and will no longer give my money to them via the app before Chick-fil-A delivers on their value proposition first, ever again. My trust in this company has been greatly harmed by this...
Read moreI’ve been here many times, and it’s always a treat for me! I regularly have cravings specifically for the waffle fries! This particular lunch date I had was a very busy Wednesday afternoon! The line was long, but it moved by at a pretty good pace! I was delighted that the person taking our order still showed a very kind attitude while my friend with down syndrome placed her order at her normal slower pace. I appreciate that about Chick-fil-A, they are very good at including the lesser people groups. Again, despite it being a very busy lunch hour, there were tables available and surprisingly our food was very quick to getting to our table! I even heard several people around us comment when there food arrived, “already, that was fast!” Good job Chick-fil-A employees! While eating our food, we were approached and asked if we needed anything, I had asked for some more sauce and it was retrieved for me! We enjoyed our delicious lunch without feeling rushed out to make room for more people. The food is always a five stars from me, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my order mixed up before except maybe from a Chick-fil-A down in Florida when I was on vacation! The people are always so nice, and we even had someone taking our trays and busing them for us! Plus a huge shoutout to Chick-fil-A, I had lost a purse at the restaurant one time! I called in to see if it had been left there and they had taken it aside and kept it safe! Praise the Lord! All in all I don’t have much bad things to say about my experiences at Chick-fil-A, I hope this review was a little helpful to...
Read moreI have to say I’ve been coming to this chick fil a for a while now and it’s always been a good experience. However today was my best experience yet, And I had to share it. I pulled up to the curbside to do my order and I ordered some chicken strips and a yogurt parfait with granola and a bottle of water. I waited a few minutes and here comes my order. The employee of chic fil a had such a warm smile on her face it made me want to smile back. She was very polite and very kind. After she was finished giving me my order she said have a great day. This may seem small to many, but the fact that she in my opinion is going beyond the call of duty to make someone’s day feel should be celebrated. I am out driving for work a lot and I order out for lunch quite often and I can count on one hand whenever someone gave me service with a smile, and one that I felt was super genuine. I know that having a great employee like that has to be a joy, and the world would be a better place to live in if everyone were a little nicer to...
