Called to confirm the details of what comes with my order. Called back to place order of general chicken with no mushrooms a side of fried rice and an order of chicken wings. Picked order up went straight home to enjoy with my wife. Took the chicken wings out for my wife. They came in a open box I we thought that was strange because how can they stay hot? That's when my wife noticed it was only a 6 piece when it should have been an 8 piece. Pulled the rice boxes out looked at the fried rice and it didn't even look like fried rice. More so like steamed rice with eggs onions and vegetables. Pulled the general chicken out and tasted a price it was only ok that's when I noticed there was a mushroom in my food. Called to find out about the missing chicken wings they tried to tell me they are charging $9 for a 6 piece of chicken wings. It says on GrubHub and there site 8 piece. I was told that I could come back and they would "give me a couple more pieces". At this point my wife was clearly disgusted. She had to put her chicken wings in the air fryer because not only were they cold but they were fried very soft not crunchy or crispy. She ended up calling them. She spoke to the head person in charge and told them first and for most she is not calling to our money back but to let them know that it is wrong the way they prepared and gave me this cold food and general chicken with a mushroom in it. Her name was Pown. "She said there couldn't have been a mushroom in my general chicken because she packed it". That is when my wife said well I can take a picture of it and send it to you. She said ok. After receiving the picture she did apologize and said she could remake the entire order. My son was up all night in the emergency room due to food poisoning this is what he had two nights in a row when he got off work for dinner. Last year I took pictures of my undercooked egg rolls. I never posted it or share the pictures with anybody because I was going to leave well enough alone until it happened again the other day to me. I literally placed a order a year later again for them and didn't tell her who I was I left my name anonymously and had my husband go in and pick them up to find them to be raw again then I just started to think that maybe they didn't know how to cook. But as I mentioned my son ate again there the next day and the owner's daughter asked was that your mom that made that order for those egg rolls My son said I don't know? My son proceeded to go there the next night again this time he orders the big container of fish sauce that you would use for the egg rolls. The owner's daughter knows that I love this fish sauce I'm assuming this is what got my son sick her thinking that it was me that was going to eat it. I don't know what happened I can't speculate but all I do know is is that my son spent the night in the emergency room sicker than a dog after eating here at this restaurant two nights in a row. Read moreI was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly, except my waitress. I had mentioned this was my first time here and I asked a question about one of the entrees, and she seemed irritated and did not give me an answer, interrupted me to ask if I wanted white or fried rice and I felt she rushed me to order. When she brought out my food ,she put it down in front of me, not saying a word, and walked away. Never once a smile. She never came by to check on me to ask how my food was or to see if I might need anything. She brought the bill. I payed by credit card, signed the merchant copy, and left it on my table. I walked out to my car and got in. I noticed she had followed me out to my car saying "Miss, Miss did you sign and leave receipt, because I did not see it." I responded "Of course I did, it is on my table". She responded "Oh , oh ok." I have worked in food service and customer service for 25 years, and this was embarrassing and unacceptable.
