The most recent negative reviews need an update. Me and some friends visited as a group of 5 in this small store aware of the negative reviews customers had of being rushed and treated like they have COVID, but all the employees treated us with utmost respect. There was a 20-minute wait but we were a bigger group, and it's understandable that everyone has to wait before going into a small store right now. Although they told us we had a 15-minute shopping window they never rushed us, even as we trickled over into the hour where they had to close either for lunch or to sanitize. Some of us were looking with something in mind, but no specific models, and all questions and concerns were answered as we browsed. They even let me take some pictures, and we finally left once all decisions and purchases were made. If anything, we were the ones rushing a bit so they didn't close too late. So, either the employees read the reviews here and adjusted accordingly, or the reviewers were already being rude without realizing. I’ve been a long time customer of this shop. Unfortunately I’ve tried to visit multiple times and found that the store was closed despite the posted hours. I was about to give up, because during my most recent visit, I found the store closed again, this time early and employees were training inside. I explained my situation and they actually let me inside to make a purchase. It seems they are dealing with staffing issues, but are trying to improve the situation. First time here and last time. Do not recommend anyone who wants to take their time to see and read any of their products. They time your visit and want you out of their store within 15mins, despite of us coming in when there wasn’t any one else there. I understand we are in a middle of a pandemic and there has to be regulations in place but the employee with round glasses, short hair, was extremely treating us like we were disease when showing IDs she requested she stepped back and made it apparent that she is terrified of catching COVID.
