Krupp's Upholstery — Local services in Campbell

My experience with Krupp's Upholstery starts picked up the phone ( I called three places one has full voicemail I can't live a voice message, one I send email but did get an answer for three day, when I get the answer the price was double of what Mario offered, and last one adviced me they don't do upholstery) I informed I have dinning chairs that needs work and this is my first time using upholstery services, he explained the diffrent options they have and offer us to come visit his shop so that we check the fabrics he has at his shop/ on the catalogs. When we arrived at his shop with one of our chairs, he welcomed us as a family and showed as the different options. When me and my husband were contemplating about which fabric will go with our chair, he gave his personal/ professional advice which helped us pick the right fabric. When it comes to pricing, since we didn't know what the price range is for this kind of work, we negotiated with what he offered us, now I know he didn't gave us a good price he gave us a GREAT price. That same day (09.13.21) we brought the rest of the chairs and Mario advised us he will have the chairs ready dor us on Friday. I was hesitant, but since we weren't in a rush, we agreed. Guess who called me on Friday at 1:54 pm to tell me our chairs are ready to be picked up? Mario! When I told him I didn't have a vehicle to pick up the chairs, he went above and beyond and delivered the chairs to my house. He did such an amazing job with our chairs! Mario and the team he is leading are professionals and great what they do. The leader (Mario) is a man of his words, professional, sincere, and a person who is not just looking for his inerest, he deeply cares about his customers!!!!! Thank you...

Was recommended by a colleague to Krupp’s, as my boss needed to reupholster (8) chairs, and might I add, with a 1-week deadline. I didn’t think this was possible, but I did my due diligence and called Krupp’s. Spoke with the owner, Mario and he was AWESOME to work with. I had the chairs dropped off on a Wednesday, and he had it ready the following Thursday. From start to finish, he was very responsive (better by phone than email, but that was bc he was having internet issues) and worked fast. Although he had a 1-week deadline, Mario called to confirm a few things that he thought we should know as a client, and although we approved to process, it was really professional of him to do so.

SO IMPRESSED! Right from the start, Mario and his staff/family, provided one on one attention when I inquired about “updating” my couch and chair. Not only was Mario very accommodating but extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and communicative during the process. It was SO REFRESHING to do business with someone so dedicated to making his clients satisfied. Once my furniture was complete, I told Mario he could delivery it even though I wasn’t home. He declined and said he preferred to wait until I could be present as he “loves to see (his) clients’ faces light up” when they see the finished product!
