Momstera Lounge — Local services in Campbell

Signed up for the monthly Momstera Magic Hour and attended it last night. If you go, you need to buy a ticket in advance on their website and, when you go, bring a Yoga mat, a pillow and/or cushion and an open mind and positive attitude! Be prepared to sit or lie on your mat/pillow for the duration.

During the magic hour, you'll experience an introduction to meditation, including breath work, sound healing, chakras, and crystals. You'll receive some pocket crystals to use during class and we were allowed to take them home with us after. The instructor will explain how, why and when to use them.

You may experience deep release (even tears!) and relaxation (even sleep!). It's all part of the journey and each person's journey is different and even different each time.

The owner was magnificent and so kind and sweet! She was over the top helpful and we had a really nice conversation! She smart and so kind!
