Bruce's Candy Kitchen — Local services in Cannon Beach

First of all this was a second chance candy stop before heading out of town and Bruce’s Candy Kitchen did not disappoint. Originally the wife and I stopped at Schwietert’s (She doesn’t make her own candies) Cones and Candy down the street to fill out salt water taffy craving and walked out due to it not being fresh but from a bag. Before entering Bruce’s the sweet smell grabs you from the sidewalk and draws you in. Before you know it you’re walking out with half the store. Everything is fresh from the taffy, chocolates, fudge, sour candies and candied apples. There is also a section inside to watch the magic happen. Bruce’s Candy Kitchen was so cute and had some great candy! They had REALLY good salt water taffy. I indulged a little more than I should, but I have zero self control around the taffy. There were some cute, retro candies and lil souvenirs. The girl who checked us out was very friendly and had a bubbly personality. My older daughter was so excited to see the wax candy with the “juice” inside. She hasn’t seen that in many years. The salt water taffy was so good. They also have an amazing assortment of PEZ collectors editions. There are some cute stuffed animals. They also have a good gummy candy assortment, along with Jelly Belly’s. Every time we are here, we come into Bruce’s candy shop! The vibes are so cozy and inviting! I love all the colors, they have everything from gourmet candy to novelty character stuff you and you’re loved ones might enjoy! There are also some small gifts and souvenirs to peruse and add to your joy!

Personally, I love the sea foam (chocolate covered honeycomb) haystacks (chocolate covered coconut flakes) and the truffles! I loveeeee the coffee truffle, the raspberry and the sea salt! I also am a sucker for their sea salt Caramels! My parents never leave without a caramel apple!

Obviously, a huge attraction is their salt water taffy bar! We love mostly the fruity flavors, like huckleberry! What can I say? I love walking out with a huge pink and white...
