Miracle Movers has moved my household effects two times. The first move was excellent. The 2nd move was given to MM based on the quality of the first move.
PLEASE NOTE: 15 MONTHS AFTER BRINGING THE DAMAGES TO THEIR ATTENTION--MIRACLE MOVERS HAVE NOT PROVIDED REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, OR RESTITUTION FOR MISSING, BROKEN, OR DAMAGED ANTIQUE LAMPS AND FURNITURE.
I was not informed of the damage on arrival, and they DID CONCEAL DAMAGES by placing items so the damage was not visible until I began setting up.
Management promised to make repairs, replace a marble tabletop, and perform various other fixes. To date, nothing has been done. Phone calls and other communications are unanswered.
The first move was perfect. The second move would have been an empty return from North Carolina to Cape Canaveral for Miracle Movers, except that I was willing to wait 4 days to have MM do the move. I was thanked with a $3,000.+ cost, serious damage to high-value furnishings, bad treatment, and the stress of loss and failed communication attempts. The company obviously rushed to move to an old empty return. In doing so, they chipped 200-year-old walnut furniture, broke the base of an antique lampshade(replacement cost: $229.00), broke parts on antique brass lamps, and lost many items. Repair costs, where possible, will be $250.00. The sprintered and chipped walnut furniture costs are not known. I AM NOT FINISHED WITH. MIRACLE MOVERS!
Miracle Movers was paid nicely for what would have been an empty return loss. The lack of integrity was unexpected, and I will need to engage a small claims court or an attorney. I no longer recommend this company, and I regret having done so.

RESPONSE to Chanch Kelly Miracle Movers.. Cape Canaveral, FL
CHANCH KELLY OR THE PERSON CLAIMING that my possessions were damaged according to the inventory at the time of loading for the 1st move from Vero Beach, FL, to NC.
You seem to have forgotten that you claimed to have lost all records of previous moves due to a COMPUTER SYSTEM CHANGE! I asked because I thought your estimate of weight was high. NO PROBLEM! I have located the original inventory of the items MM loaded and moved. There isn't a single item marked as damaged.
Further, you did say that you had located a table with a marble top that was broken on the trip from NC to Deland, FL. You also found the bronze leg lift missing from my walnut desk and promised to send it, etc., etc.
Chanch, you talk a good game, but you do not possess the honesty and integrity that you claim to use in the operation of Miracle Movers. I have a lot to manage, but I will not let this slide.
The hasty turnaround trip from another NC move, with my possessions loaded after the delivery of that move, followed by a direct nighttime drive back to then unload my possessions. This haste is the reason for the damage done to my household items--damage that you are now lying about.
Tired men, two moves, 4 loading sessions, two long-distance drives without an overnight rest is a DAMAGE PLAN. I am surprised someone had the presence of mind to pick up the splinters and chips from my English walnut furniture. I found them in my socks drawer. Thanks for that consideration.
There are missing items as well!

Read moreI was very hopeful, but a little disappointed. I got my estimate from Chance and everything sounded great. He estimated four hours to pack up the house and then I had to drive to Deland and then probably three hours to unpack. Chance was not available for the move due to personal issue. The first thing the guys did was break the leg off of my chest of drawers and then the move took much longer. They were there for almost 6 1/2 hours packing and then they refused to bring a couple of the items like a mirror, so I was skeptical. The drive to Deland was an hour and a half so I was there to meet them. They began offloading, but it seemed that once again to take much longer than I expected. The driver who turned out to be the owner was extremely rude. The entire time he almost refused to answer my questions he was not personable. He stayed in the truck as the other workers brought him the furniture. As they were unloading, it was beginning to get dark and the driver/owner told me that he was leaving soon so they had to hurry up so they didnât reassemble some of the furniture and they lost the hardware to one of my dresser!mirrors but said they had put it somewhere in the house but we never found it. The next day I saw lthat there were a couple other items that they placed in the garage that were broken such as storage racks so all in all I was not satisfied with this. When Chance returned, I called and complained to him, and he assured me the following Monday that he would address of potential rebate with me. Incidentally, I tipped each of the people $50 for the move, including what I turned out to be the owner , so I was really disappointed in the state of how they left the house. Chance never returned a call again and thatâs where I stand, so I definitely would not recommend this company. Poor customer service and failure to follow...
Read moreI just wanted to say that the guys working for this company were nice But the company it self was very unorganized. I had told when singing up with them that they could not use a large semi truck to move my items to Carolina because of the small and tight country roads. But they didnât listen so once they got to Carolina they had to park the semi out on a local street and then off load all my stuff onto a smaller truck which was a triple move where they load up my stuff in Florida on a semi drive to Carolina off load again onto a smaller truck drive to Carolina and off load again. We were told that they would be in Carolina by 12 noon đ they didnât show up till 5:30 pm by 8:15 itâs dark and they were trying to get everything Moved in and beat the dark so by rushing they damaged my two door jams on my new house. They broke the legs on two of my dressers, a shelf inside a hutch , totally destroyed my grandfather clock , broke a $225.00 flower pot , I had bought a new cuckoo clock never used still in box now missing. They never but the legs back on a large dresser so of course I had to do it. All and all it was a complete horror show. They tracked dirt and pebbles all over the oak floors. And also put some scratches in the floor as well. I wouldnât have them move my bike let alone furniture. Miracle movers itâs a miracle they are still in business. I highly recommend do not use...
