Play Space — Local services in Cape Canaveral

We’re from out of town and were looking for something for do with our baby today. Stumbled upon this place. It was very cute and had lots of things for my 13 month old to do. I was disappointed in a couple of things though. First, upon entry there is a sign that says the prices. We were told that it would be $15 for my daughter. The sign says $10 for crawlers. My daughter isn’t walking yet, but I wasn’t going to dispute this. Maybe future customers should be asked if their babies are walkers. Second, my baby was crawling inside the soft play area. There is a sign posted that says the area is for “2 and under.” I wish this had been enforced when we were visiting. I had to move my crawling baby out of the way and act as a barrier between her and two big kids who were climbing all over the soft play mats as the mom just sat there on her phone. Finally I just removed her from the area until they were done.

I recently went to Play Space, and it was absolutely adorable! The space is beautifully designed with bright colors, cozy little play areas, and so many cute toys that could keep a child entertained for hours. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus for a kids’ play area.

What I really appreciated was that the price was pretty reasonable compared to other play spaces we’ve been to. It felt like great value for the experience! The variety of toys and play stations—like the pretend kitchen, building blocks, and soft play area—were perfect for little imaginations to run wild.

Albeit the employee was a teenager who showed up and late and was on her phone the whole time, all in all it was a great time. Play Space was awesome, the facility was spotless, which is so important when it comes to a place where kids are playing and exploring. There were so many different options for play, catering to a variety of interests and age groups, so every child had something fun to do. The layout was well thought out, ensuring that kids could safely enjoy themselves while parents could keep an eye on them.

One of the highlights of our visit was the owner, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She clearly cares about creating a positive experience for both children and parents alike. It's rare to find a place where both the environment and the management are so well-aligned in providing a great time.
