My review is way overdue but I have to tell others! My wife and three children visited Cocoa Beach in October of 2016 after flying into Orlando that day and were looking for something to do. You can't miss this spot from the main strip of traffic. Unfortunately, we got there a bit later in the day. When we showed up and inquired about the park, the staff was wrapping things up for the day and were closing soon. But when they saw our kids and how excited they were to go through the park, the owners said, "C'mon. Let's get 'em suited up and play!" I couldn't believe it. After a full day of pampering clients (and I'm sure the zip-lining is physically draining for the staff), they were still willing to hang out with my kids for a couple of hours into the evening. And once the kids were on the lines, they had an absolute blast. Its like we had the whole park to ourselves. And it worked them pretty hard too so they slept good that night (always a plus). The owners and Joe (guide) were great with my kids too; very happy, patient and instructive to help them navigate the courses. It set the tone for our entire Florida vacation. So many pictures and memories made this night. Because of Aerial Adventures, the owners and their staff, Daddy looked like a hero for this night. But no doubt, the people at Aerial Adventures are the real heroes. I feel bad I did not review earlier although I barely ever post reviews, so hopefully that tells the readers something about how incredible this place is. Do not miss the opportunity to visit...
Read moreUpdate: I took my kids, who are 6 & 8, and they absolutely loved it. While my youngest was a little short to actually do some of the obstacles, she was having so much fun she just fought her way though and slid through some of the parts she couldn't quite reach. I couldn't believe she wanted to do the highest course, but she was great! For both kids, it was a huge confidence builder and let them try out some new skills and be adventurous. We'll be back, for sure.
It's still a choose-your-own adventure on some of the obstacles, which I like: you can do them without touching the support wires, or you can do them as if the safety gear didn't exist and really challenge your abilities. Either way, it's a great time.
From my first visit: This place is awesome! It starts it easy to build your confidence in the fall protection gear and your abilities, but it builds! My husband and I are pretty fearless and in good shape, but even we were challenged by the extreme course and some of the mid-level obstacles. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and you get to run the course as many times as you want. Definitely something fun to do...
Read moreWe saw Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures on our way to the Kennedy space Center and my 5 year old (Liam the guys might remember him) yelled he "had" to go there.
We made our reservations the night before for 11am. When we arrived everyone was friendly and eager to get us on the course. The harnesses were already set out for us and we were assisted into our set ups by a group of knowledgeable, friendly, and professional guys.
The course is a blast! Three green trails on the easy level. My 5 year old crushed it with he encouragement from myself, my wife, and the guides. This is the only course available to younger kids but he had so much fun going on the trails over and over.
Once you finish those get ready to engage your core as the three yellow trails start to make you sweat. The adrenaline pumps as you zipline from one platform to the next. Climbing across nets and tightropes.
After conquering the yellow trails you can attempt the red trail. This one is brutal but so rewarding when you finish it.
If you have a free morning or afternoon please check out Cocoa Beach Aerial...
