Read moreWe've had AT&T since 2010 when iPhone 4 was released. We've always been satisfied with the company. Any overages were always on us--nothing to argue about in-store, as many try to do. This AT&T location has been our go-to location ever since. Some days there's a waiting list, other days there's no one around but you. It's really hit-or-miss. Either way, the TV always keeps you updated on your spot in line. I didn't ever feel compelled to write a review until my most recent service by Alexa. We've had iPhones for a while so we knew everything we needed to know. Alexa walked up to us, asked if we had been helped and sat us down right away at a table. Within 15 minutes (if that), we left with brand new iPhone XRs. We knew what costs were expected up-front. No surprises. She didn't pressure us into sales after we declined the first time and her humor was on-point! I felt like I've always known her despite it being my first time meeting her. For anyone coming to this location for the first time with anxiety or has been disappointed by other employees for whatever reason, I highly recommend speaking with Alexa (she's worth the wait, if...
Read moreSo I just called in to this store to get information on switching from Verizon to AT&T and spoke with Josh. Well in the middle of explaining my situation and asking for information, Josh very rudely cuts me off and tells me that they're really busy right now and he basically has no time to answer my questions. Just as a bit of customer service advice Josh, you NEVER rudely cut off a potential customer who's asking for sales assistance, as that's the fastest and easiest way to lose business. I'll now make sure I definitely visit another AT&T store to help me make this switch, as this was a clear indication of how you conduct business at your location. I'll be filing a more formal complaint as well, as I'm very aware that you are in dire need of sales coaching. Not only did you attempt to convince me to wait on buying four phones, you also seemed to have very little knowledge on the process, which also was a clear indication on your lack of training and customer service skills. As a sales manager myself, I'm very surprised that they allow the least competent individuals to handle their sales calls at this "high...
