Starbucks at Target — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Usually we have pleasant time here. But the newish employee, she's Hispanic is extremely rude, not welcoming and has an attitude. The place was empty. We go to counter, and say hello. She looks up at us and goes back to washing the blender. (No hello, I'll be right with you nothing). I don't mind and just patiently wait. Next thing I know it has been 5 minutes and she's making drinks and still no communication. Again the place is empty no person in sight. Then sfte she makes 4 drinks her friend comes and picks it up. They chat for a couple minutes, and still ok acknowledgment or communication. I have been there 8minutes at this point So I walked away. I been here when it was busy and they at least say hello, how are you or say I'll be with you in a couple minutes. I don't mind the waiting. But the mean looks as if I'm a bother is what makes me not want to come back. Especially when I'm the only customer inside and said hello...

Wasn't too fond of this Starbucks. I ended up going to another coffee store nearby. Does not match Starbuck's brand of sustainability. Not sure how Starbucks wants to get rid of waste by 2023 with stores like this. Might as well go to Dunkin' close to Home Depot because they're just as unsustainable, just cheaper.

I brought my own cup, they said they can't fill it. If it was a Starbucks reusable cup, they said, they wouldn't have filled it, either. Only 'new' ones. No 'for here' cups. Last ditch effort, I figured that maybe they could at least give me my iced drink in a paper cup instead, which at least is more biodegradable than plastic, no. They can only use wasteful plastic cups and you can't swap for paper. I couldn't add points to my Starbucks account here because they don't do it.

Starbucks advertises...

Absolute rude employees. I was the only one there and even though I only ordered one simple drink, they proceeded to make 2 drinks for no one there before mine. After making the 2 for other people, they filled a water and put it up and said "here you go." They proceeded to stand there until it must have clicked they never got me mine. And when I asked if I was getting my drink, the lady that wasn't even dealing with me says "yea, she's working on it now" extremely rudely. I could not believe the attitude after they blatantly forgot to make my drink and didn't own up to it. I'm not a difficult person to deal with, but these ladies were absolutely rude. I will not purchase from this Starbucks again simply because of...
