Bottom line up front if you want to have problem free experience don't go to this Taco Bell.
July 8 2025 update: I gave them a try at least two more occasions. More often than not they seem to be overwhelmed in the manager seems to be doing the bare minimum to assist. Even when I place a mobile order 10 minutes ahead, I stand there for 10 minutes which I can't afford since I'm headed to work. They had forgotten to put sauce on the spicy ranch burrito and forgot to include the sauces I ordered in the bag, so the meal way dry and flavorless. The quality of the food seems to be less than other Taco bells also. So I, for real, won't be back to this location anymore.
June 3 2025 review: So I came to this location once before. I was driving a vehicle that I was unsure whether it was too tall for the drive-thru. So I was pleasantly surprised to find the front door open. It turns out that the only reason the front door is open is for delivery driver orders. They refuse to serve me at the counter even though I explained my vehicle was too tall for the drive-thru. I said okay well if I come back again sometime and place an order in the app first can I then pick it up at the counter? They said yeah. Fast forward a couple weeks, and I place a $15 order in the app 10 minutes ahead of arrival. Go to the front door it's unlocked I go to the counter nobody speaks to me. I ask it dude hey I placed an order on the app for gave my name. He goes to look for it and then never comes back but I see him sweeping and cleaning up. 5 minutes later after serving several orders out of the drive-thru I say hey do you guys got the order or not. Like don't leave me standing here for going on 10 minutes just tell me you don't have the order. Dude comes back up and says he doesn't have the order that I might have placed it at the wrong location. I show him the order on my phone and say isn't this this location? He says yeah he doesn't know what happened but they don't have the order. I think they were FOS they just didn't want to serve me at the counter. This lady challenges me about my tone because I've worked all night and I'm trying to get this food order before my break is over. Turns out she's the manager she was doing the least of every of everybody in the restaurant barely moving and not hustling at all and definitely wasn't trying to...
Read moreI'm sorry, tonight I had the worst experience of my life at Taco Bell. I ordered... Three Beefy 5-Lyr Burritos, Two Cheesy Roll-Ups, One Nacho, One Churro, and One Beefy Nacho Griller. I paid, they handed me one bag with my Three Beefy 5-Lyr Burritos, and Nacho, they then told me I had one more bag coming and then handed me two Cheesy Roll-Ups. They assured me that what I received completed my order... I then pull forward into a space and parked to make sure all of my food was there... Well, it wasn't! I had not received my Churro or my Beefy Nacho Griller. Immediately I pull through the drive-thru to inform them of the mistake they told me to pull upto the window. So I did, and as I am pulling up 5 of the staff members were hanging out the window asking us how much free food we were trying to steal from them!!! I was APPALLED to say the VERY LEAST. This was displeasing enough, but they continued on treating my friends and I as if we were animals. My boyfriend and my boyfriend's cousin were in the car with me. The African-American, young woman, was making remarks such as... "Look at that b*h's cheeks they're all fat and st." There were also 4 young men, who were looking at our receipt making remarks like "Oh, they want three free Beefy 5-Lyr Burritos for free!" They were having conversations back and forth about us trying to, quote: "Steal food" / "Get free food." I am EXTREMELY displeased. They finally gave our receipt back and they locked the window as they continued to stand inside laughing and pointing at our car. I left with NO refund and I never received the rest of my food. Never will I EVER give my business to this Taco Bell EVER...
Read moreNew Review: This place is very hit and miss. I know the fast food experience is variable anywhere. Let me first lay out the good. The food is normally very good. The place is normally clean. It is a decent size restaurant too.
Now some of my varying cons in just seven visits:
One time, they didn't have a cashier. They are so understaffed. They lacked a cashier. You could only do mobile or kiosk orders. So nearly every old family or couple walked out.
Another time. Soda machine had no ice. The coke was literally room temperature. They did nothing to fix it while I was there.
Yet another time. Ordered five minutes ahead on my mobile app. Got there. My order took 20 more minutes because of the grubhub, ubereats and doordash types slowing it down.
None of these fast food joints want to hire to help alleviate this problem. Even if they did, the kitchen is too small to handle it. So a slow down occurs.
Finally, they once ran out of nacho cheese which really limits the menu of a Taco Bell.
I never used the drive-thru.
I generally like this place, the food and suffer its faults. I must say. No cashier and Lukewarm, no ice, soda machine were all firsts for me and I'm 40.
Worth a chance, just hope it is all...
