Burger King — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Absolute insolence from employees. Sat in the left drive through long enough without hearing from anyone that I thought it wasn’t working. Truck in other lane was broken down at the order board so I drove to window to see fi the lane was working. Young girl said it was working and told me I couldn’t order at the window and that “ I could drive back around”

I told her I wouldn’t do that and asked to speak to a Manager Another young woman came with clear attitude before I even spoke

I simply said I would not try to order at the window.& explained what happened and she expressed more attitude and simply said “that’s why she came & got me, so I could take your order.” When I explained she came & got her so I could speak with a Manager to explain communicate the disdain I received, she just shook her head & closed the window

Zero professionalism, Zero understanding, Zero service attitude.

Wondering if BK Corporate even cares

Don’t go to this location….the employees act like they are doing...

9/2022 decided to try our burgerking again since it looks like a new manager. Nope still isn't good. Ordered the fish sandwich which you can't go wrong with. They downsized their fish sandwich and doesn't even taste like their fish sandwiches they use to have. Their new bread is thicker so basically you're eating all bread. And again the food was cold. I wish someone could run this burgerking the right way or teach the teenagers how to make the food hot and go back to the fish they use to buy with the sesame bread.

2021 once again horrible service gave us a chicken sandwich that's suppose to be on tje sub bread but put it on regular bread.

2017 Every time I go here my whopper is damn near ice cold. I shouldn't have to drive to other burgerkings when this one is next to the house. This has been going on for over a year now and every time I decide to try this Burger King it's the same thing...bread cold and hard burger cold cheese nit even melted. When is this problem going...

I arrived at the first window by 9:48AM, five dollar bill in hand to pay for my order of a large vanilla iced-coffee. I had waited until 9:55AM for the attendant occupying the first window to stop staring at me and take my money. I waited at the second window from 9:58AM to 10:06AM, and in that time came to find out that they had not even prepared my order - as they continually tried to offer me the orders of different individuals, whilst questioning me regarding my own order. They decided to prepare my order, but still managed to give me a medium sized mocha iced-coffee, which is not what I provided the establishment my money for.

I have gone to this location a dozen times, and it seems that it routinely gets more sloppy each visit. Given that most of the young individuals around my own age working at the establishment appear to be high-off their gourds almost every time I visit, I can't say I expect much better service from a bunch of greasy, stoned teens... Maybe...
