We started with Croquettes, crispy little bites of heaven and melt-in-your-mouth savory meats with a creamy texture on the inside. Then came the Seafood Bisque, and wow, just wow, rich velvety and packed with seafood. Honestly, we could have stopped there and would have been completely satisfied. But we came for the meat and the 1 lb mixed grill did not disappoint. Juicy cuts of chicken, sausage, and steak arrived sizzling, fresh off the fire, served on a cutting board. Every bite was smoky, tender, and perfectly seasoned. We picked mashed potatoes as our side, almost as an afterthought but they ended up being a total sleeper hit; buttery, fluffy, and the ideal balance to all that fire-kissed meat. My husband and I wanted to check this place out since it is new and we live very close. We invited our neighbors to come along as well. We were blown away!!! Everyone was so friendly when we walked in. The meats were SO GOOD!!! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection!!! We had the croquettes as an app, and shared the 3 lb mixed meat board, with sweet plantains and black beans as sides. We devoured every bite! We enjoyed a pitcher of red sangria which went great with everything. Finished off with the creme brulee, also delicious, especially with those little almond slices on the side.
