Went in to get my iphone6 screen (just glass) replaced. During that time he thought the battery needed replaced also. So I said go ahead and replace it. That is when all of my issues started. The battery would go from 45% to 20% when I would try to use the GPS. and even if I had everything off (bluetooth,locations and so on) the battery would only last not even half of the day. That is with no phone calls, only a few text messages and no internet use. I told them about this issue and they agreed to replace the battery. After the replaced the battery things seemed a little better. The battery would still not last until 2 in the afternoon (prior it would last a day and a half) but it stopped dropping drastically in percentage. Now the phone gets stuck in a continuous restart cycle once it gets down to 45%. After a couple of days dealing with that I tried a system restore. That only made things worse. Now it restarts constantly no matter what the battery percentage is at.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE TO GET FIXED!
My phone is way worse off then what it was before taking it here. It is basically just a paper weight now.
**side note, after they replaced the battery and glass I have darker spots on my phone screen along with a couple bright white dots. So they must have damaged my screen during the repair (bent the screen too far back when disassembly most likely)

I said oh I was in a couple days ago and was told an hour to an hour and a half, he said he had items in the que, but could have me done by 4:00... he also said he would call me if he could get to it sooner... I gave my info left...
I came back at 4:00 and he literally laughed and said he had not even started it yet... I said you told me 4? He said, still chuckling no i said between 4-5... i explained he specifically said 4 and that’s why I am here right at 4...
He literally holds it in is hand and says look I have not even started it, you can take it somewhere else if you want.

Read moreI am very disappointed in the service I received. I took my desktop in to have it repaired. I paid the $50 diagnostic fee with a $5 credit. After a couple of weeks, I inquired when I was in Wal-Mart. The employee said they had tried to call me. I asked them to leave a message if there was no answer. The computer needed a new memory card. I paid $20 so they would order it and continue the repair. I received a call yesterday, and went in to pick it up today. He said I still owed over $26. When I asked for an accounting of the charges, he rudely said that we had discussed it before. What we had discussed was $20 for the memory card. I said I had paid $45 plus $20 more. The $45 was to be applied to the repair. I asked him how much the memory card was and he said about $15. I asked what the labor charge was. He said it was generally $75 an hour.
